International Delegates

International delegates wishing to attend the CUA 2024 are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements, for obtaining visas and for covering costs such as registration fees and incidentals. The CUA does not provide letters of invitation. To assist with securing travel visas, the CUA will provide receipts, as confirmation of registration, upon payment of fees. International delegates wishing to attend the conference must register online and pay by credit card ONLY.

The Government of Canada has introduced a new entry requirement for those travelling to or through Canada who are not Canadian or American citizens, or permanent residents of Canada. You may require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). For more information, consult http://canada.ca/eta to determine if this requirement applies to you.

Registration Benefits

Registration fees include access to all sessions and exhibit hall from June 29 – July 1, as well as the CUA Networking Reception, daily light breakfasts, breaks and lunches on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

The registration fees DO NOT include the CUA President’s Reception and Banquet. There is limited seating available. Advanced reservation is required. On-site availability is not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTE – Due to the Health Canada Food and Drug Act and the derived Food and Drug Regulations, access to the Exposition Hall will be strictly reserved to the Health Care Professionals registered as is at the CUA 2024. The Foyer of the Exhibit Hall will be accessible to all categories of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates unable to attend the CUA 2024 Annual Meeting will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the CUA Corporate Office (registration@cua.org) by June 10, 2024. The organizers regret that refunds will not be considered for requests received after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Annual Meeting. The refund will be made against the original credit card (i.e. refunded to the same credit card).

The CUA reserves the right to cancel this conference due to insufficient registration and will be responsible for refunding conference registration fees only.

Taxes

The following taxes will be added to the registration fee: 5% GST.
