Registration Benefits
Registration fees for full-program delegates include a delegate bag, access to all sessions and exhibit hall, Exhibit Opening and Opening Brunch, daily breaks, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, CUA Fun Night and President’s Reception and Banquet.
Registration fees for scientific-program only delegates include delegate bag, access to all sessions and exhibit hall, Exhibit Opening and Opening Brunch, daily breaks and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
Registration fees for companions include companion’s gift, access to exhibit hall, daily breakfast in the Companion’s Lounge, Exhibit Opening and Opening Brunch, CUA Fun Night and President’s Reception and Banquet.
Registration fees for the child/teen full program includes daily breakfast in the Kids’ Lounge, supervised daytime activities on Monday and Tuesday including lunch and snacks & Opening Brunch. Activites on Sunday & Monday evening, including dinner, are also included.
Special programs have been designed for kids 6+. Please click here to view the kids’ program for details of the activities being offered as part of the children’s program, and to register your child or teen.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegates unable to attend the CUA 2012 Annual Meeting will be entitled to a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat IS Event Solutions) by June 9, 2012. The organizers regret that refunds will not be considered for requests received after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Annual Meeting.
