†† Candidate members are CUA members who are residents, clinical fellows or research fellows enrolled in an accredited urology training program. CUA members who are working urologists must become dues-paying members in order to register at a discounted rate.
††† Please submit a letter from the Program Director or Department Head. If you are a Canadian resident or fellow, we encourage you to become a CUA member (free of charge for residents-fellows only) and register in the CUA Candidate Member category.

Registration fees for Full-program delegates include a bag, access to all sessions and exhibit hall, Saturday Welcome Reception & Unmoderated Poster Session (printed and e-posters), Exhibit Opening and Opening Brunch, daily breaks, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, CUA Fun Night and President’s Reception and Banquet*.
Registration fees for Scientific-program only delegates include a bag, access to all sessions and exhibit hall, Saturday Welcome Reception, Exhibit Opening and Opening Brunch, daily breaks and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
Registration fees for Companions include companion’s gift, access to exhibit hall, full breakfast-buffet in Fallsview restaurant on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning, Saturday Welcome Reception & Unmoderated Poster Session (posters and e-posters), Exhibit Opening and Opening Brunch, CUA Fun Night and President’s Reception and Banquet*.

Delegates unable to attend the CUA 2013 Annual Meeting will be entitled to a full refund (less 25%
for administrative charges), provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat
IS Event Solutions by June 10, 2013. The organizers regret that refunds will not be considered for requests received after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Annual Meeting.
