Reservations can be made through the hotel's central reservation system. When making reservations by phone, you must announce your affiliation with CUA2012 in order to benefit from the conference rate. The rate can not be modified at arrival or departure if the delegate did not notify the group name at the point of reservation.

Delta Room
Elegantly appointed with custom-made Canadian furnishings and Canadian artwork. The oversized bathrooms have an Alberta granite topped vanity and full bathtub and shower. The Delta Guest Room is equipped with either one queen sized bed or two queen sized beds.

In order to confirm your room reservation, you will be required to provide the hotel with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation. No deposit will be taken at time of booking. The cancellation policy is 5 days prior to the reservation arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival a penalty fee equal to one (1) night worth of room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
